Car Rental

To get to the airport with the car you have rented, you must drive eastward by connecting to the highway 1C from the road E576. Under normal traffic conditions, you can reach the airport in less than 10-15 minutes.

Taxi

It is possible to find a taxi in the city center easily. Taxi fare is calculated depending on the distance and is 0.50 Euro per km. Getting to the airport from the city center by taxi costs about 5-10 Euro on average. By taxi you can get to the airport in about 10 minutes.

Bus

You can reach the airport in half an hour by the bus route 5 departing from the city center. The buses operate every 10 minutes from 05:10 am to 10:38 pm on weekdays; on Saturdays from 05:48 am to 08:57 pm and on Sundays from 06:22 am to 08:57 pm every 20 minutes. Under normal traffic conditions, the travel to the airport from the city center lasts about 30 minutes.

Hotel Shuttle

Premier Hotel and Granata Hotel which are close to the city center of Cluj have shuttle buses that carry passengers to the airport from the city center. You should not forget to make a reservation in advance in order to benefit from this service even if you are not staying at one of these hotels.

Airport Information

The airport bearing the name of the Romanian revolutionist Avram Lancu is colloquially referred to as Cluj Airport. Cluj Airport, which is the second busiest airport in Romania, is busier during the summer season. Regular flights to certain regions are arranged at the airport, but only periodic charter flights are organized to some destinations.

The airport has ATMs, a currency exchange office, a conference room and a lounge. Free internet access is only available to lounge guests. You can get from the Tblisi Airport to the city center with taxis. The fastest transportation method you can choose, with taxis you can think about how busy the traffic at that particular hour is and use them accordingly. Offering services 24 hours a day, taxis may be a good option for you.

Bus

You can also get from the Tbilisi Airport to the city center by busses. Cheaper in accordance to the taxis, you may find yourself at the city center after a trip lasting about 20 minutes by bus. Immediately after getting off your plane, you can get on a bus and get to where you want without waiting.

Train

Another option you may choose to get to the city center are trains. These trains that are both cheap and will provide fast transportation to the city and the stop is just 70 meters from the airport. After a trip of about 20 minutes you will arrive to the city center. 

Airport Information

At Tbilisi Airport, domestic and international terminals provide service. In the airport you may find a health center, lost and found, baby change unit, information desk and apart from this, there are also many places where you can shop and satisfy your hunger. In the Duty Free shop within the terminal building you can get gift souvenirs and various cosmetic products, toys and alcohol. As for places to eat, there is T&G cafe, Cappadocia, Beer Port and Burger City providing service to you.
