Once you leave the airport you will go through the tunnel that passes under the Boston Canal, then you can get to the city center via Congress Street and Congress Bridge. If you use the tunnel that is located more to the west then you will exit at Haymarket Square. You can get to the city center from this square by connecting to Merrimac St. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the city center from Logan airport by car, using both tunnels.
