Taxi is one of the fastest and most economical ways to get to the airport from the city center. You can reach the airport at an affordable price by taxi from the many parts of Adana, though it is not as cheap as taking a bus.
Sakirpaşa Airport is also open to international flights; the International Terminal, which has a capacity of 6 million passengers, came into service in 1997 and the Domestic Terminal came into service in 1984. Despite the potential of the passengers, the airport offers limited facilities to spend time.
For the passengers who use the international terminal, there are two restaurants and two buffets, one of which is in the clean area as well as a duty-free shop. There is a buffet in the domestic terminal and a café in the clean area. After landing to the airport, you can get information from the authorized personnel about shuttle hours and place of departure.
Marmaris shuttle services pass through Gökova, Köyceğiz and Ortaca. Journey by shuttle takes about one hour. HAVAŞ also provides shuttle service to Fethiye Bus Terminal, which is also the city center. The buses passing through Göcek reach Fethiye in about one hour. The shuttle services depart every hour or every 2 hours at certain periods of time.
