About Drogheda

Drogheda stretches along the Boyne River, with historical structures and natural parks one more beautiful than the other, 48 km from the capital of Ireland, Dublin. Bizou comes at the top of the list for locations in Drogheda where you can taste authentic local cuisine. The essentials of the menu are pasta with vegetables and pastrami and seafood specials. You can also try kangaroo steak and take your pick of excellent wines at another famous restaurant, Salty House. McPhails on Lawrence Street is known as the most famous bar in Drogheda.
