Javea (or Xàbia) is one of the most important tourist destinations of Costa Blanca region of Spain. The population of Javea, which is an autonomous town, is more than 33 thousand. Javea is dived into three main parts. These are the old town (El Pueblo), the port (El Puerto) and El Arenal, the region around the sandy beach of Javea. The Old Town has old, undisturbed, narrow and labyrinth-like streets, gothic style buildings and churches. The port area has many bars and restaurants having wonderful sea view.

Javea attracts a great number of visitors thanks to its historical sites located 2 km of the coastal area, monuments and churches having unique architecture. El Arenal is famous for natural and beautiful beaches as well as the deep blue sea of the Mediterranean coasts. Javea is not only an ancient fishing town but also it is also home to many beauties such as sandy coastlines, rough mountainous areas, beautiful weather and comprehensive tourist facilities.

There are many other natural beauties to discover in Javea. Among these beauties, Granadella Cove, which is a natural wonder, comes to the forefront as a place difficult to discover compared to other beaches. The Montgo Massif, the hills surrounding it and valleys bear the traces of the oldest known Neolithic settlement of the West Mediterranean. Iglesia de San Bartolome Church built in the 12th century is one of the places to visit in Javea. The closest airports to Javea are Valencia located in the north and Alicante located in the south of the town.
