About Pisek

You need to go to Pisek, the bohemian city of the south, to find the oldest bridge of the Czechia. Pisek is also known as the “Athens of the South Bohemia” because of having many high-quality universities and its local intelligentsia.

Zvikov Castle was built on a strategic trade route at the junction of the Vltava and Otava rivers.
