Reno, located in northwest Nevada along the Nevada–California border, is known as "The Biggest Little City in the World." Famous for its casinos and tourism, it serves as the county seat and is the most populous city in Washoe County. Located in the Truckee River valley on the eastern side of the Sierra Nevada, it is the 81st most populous city in the U.S. and the third most populous in Nevada.
