Samsun is the most populous town of Turkey's Black Sea Region with a population of 1,250,000. Because it is a port city, it has a developed industry and economy. Havaş has shuttle services to Samsun city center, Bafra and Ordu. Shuttle services depart 20 or 30 minutes after the plane lands. Transportation to the city center takes about half an hour.
If the Havaş shuttle route is not suitable for you, you can prefer taxi option. There is a 24-hour taxi service at the airport.
