The town Ustron, located in Beskid Slaski in the Vistula Valley that is 28 kilometers southwest of Bielsko-Biala, is one of the most beautiful settlements in Poland. Situated about 12 kilometers from the Polish-Czech border, Ustron is located at an altitude of 340-995 meters in the Podbeskidzie region. The town, which is generally dominated by temperate climate, is one of the most rainy places in Poland during the year. You should also add the Vistula River, which is 25 kilometers away from the town, to your Ustro tour list. Mentioned in the Latin documents for the first time in history in the 1300s as Ustrona, the town originally belonged to the Duchy of Teschen founded in 1290, and then fell under the hegemony of the Kingdom of Bohemia, which became part of the Habsburg Monarchy after 1526.
