If this receipt is written by hand, the taxi that you have taken is most probably a fake taxi. If the taxi is fake or its taximeter does not work, you have the legal right not to pay the fare.

Most of the taxi drivers in Beijing do not speak English, so you need to write the name of your hotel or destination in Chinese.
